You’ve probably heard it before — it means welcome in Japanese, and it’s how we greet all our ramen lovers. Our “No ramen, no life” motto began in 2007, when Mr. Saeki and Mr. Okada set out to bring bold Japanese flavors to Europe.

Ramen is Japan’s ultimate soul food, and we’re proud to serve it here at Takumi Utrecht Vredenburg.

Our bowls are built on original recipes and authentic spices, imported directly from Japan. And because great ramen starts with great noodles, ours are made in Hokkaido — Japan’s northernmost region — where they’re crafted and fermented under strict traditional methods for a deep, distinctive flavor.
