Serving as a Board member and CSA’s Marketing Officer during CSA’s new rebranding from CSA-EUR was a greatly enriching experience. Stepping into this role required me to brainstorm new strategies and identify areas where the association’s marketing could be improved to reach more audiences. As the supervisor of the Partnership Committee, I worked on developing new ways to enhance partner relationships, strengthening my understanding of collaboration and partner acquisition.
An important part of my role involved supporting CSA’s rebranding initiatives. I contributed to the development of a new brandbook and to clarifying our renewed brand identity, helping establish a more cohesive, recognizable, and future-oriented image for CSA.
Beyond strategy, I found great fulfillment in mentoring and guiding Active members. By leveraging my previous committee and leadership experience, I shared knowledge and made quality of life improvements across the association. Overall, my time on the Board significantly enhanced my leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, offering learning opportunities that extended well beyond those available through committee involvement alone.
